Tell us what you need

We are deciding what to build first. Your answer decides what we do.

What you would get

Addresses you follow

Your home, a house you are buying, or every property you manage. Add as many as you need.

How close counts

On the lot itself, the same block, or a wider ring around it. You choose, and only matching permits reach you.

The county's own record

Every alert links to the permit at the office that issued it, so nothing rests on our word.

One email per new permit, record attached

Each alert names the permit type, the address, how far it is from the property you follow and the date it was issued, with the county's own link so you can read the record yourself.

How it works

  1. Tell us the addresses you want to follow and how close counts.

  2. When a permit is issued on or near one of them, we email you with a link to the county record.

  3. Not built yet. Tell us what you would want and we will email you when it is ready.
